Utah’s Small Business Health Insurance Marketplace
Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
State health insurance plan for low income Utah children under age 19 who do not have other insurance.
Medicaid
A state/federal program that pays for medical services for low-income pregnant women, children, individuals who are elderly or have a disability, parents, and women with breast or cervical cancer.
Medicare
The federal insurance program for people who are 65 or older, certain younger people with disabilities, and people with End-Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or a transplant, sometimes called ESRD).
Primary Care Network
Health plan offered by the Utah Department of Health. It covers basic services done by a primary care provider.
